Description
On a chilly December day, I went in search of capturing the essence of Winter. I found Jack Frost high up on the bridge leading to Barnhart Island! Over looking the mighty St. Lawrence River, you can see the trees all flocked with snow and the icy waters below. This part of New York State is referred to as the forth coast.
